Christmas 2009

Happy Birthday, Jesus!!
Merry Christmas!
Wow, Christmas is here again. Seems like it comes faster and faster each year.
Well, as usual, Aiden racked in the presents.
Since this was Abby's 1st Christmas, she didn't get a whole lot. After all, how much does a 2 month old need?
It is so much fun watching Aiden and all his excitement.
This year, we thought he was old enough to start learning the True meaning of Christmas. So we explained to him that it was Jesus' birthday and because the Wise Men took Jesus gifts on his birthday, we give gifts on Christmas day (or Christmas Eve, because that's when we do our celebrating with mom/dad). I made Jesus a birthday cake and everything. Thanks Jennifer H. for the idea.
So, like i said, we did our celebrating with mom and dad on Christmas Eve. Then we spent Christmas morning at home with Aiden and Abby and then headed to Franklin to Grandmama/Papa's.
Oh! I almost forgot. We did our 2nd annual Christmas Eve pancake breakfast and Grandmama/Papa's. That was fun! My babies love pancakes!
