Every week it seems to get harder and harder for me to plan a dinner menu. I'm not much for food (but you wouldn't know that to look at me). I eat to live, where as my husband lives to eat! He's the chef in our family, not me. He has totally missed his calling. Food is where he belongs, not construction (although he's very good at this too!). Any way, we subscribe to E-Mealz, but they just don't have the variety I need to please everybody. I'm lucky if I get 1 meal off each week, and they give you two weeks at a time. And you have to pay for this.
So today, as I was cruising the internet trying to plan out the rest of my week, I ran across this FREE website, Simply Recipes, and was very pleased with the variety they had to offer. It's all very organized into categories. They even have it broken down...budget recipes, gluten-free, low carb, etc...
So here is my finished menu. Enjoy! I'd love for you to try them for yourself and tell me what you liked or didn't like about the recipe you chose. :)
