Well, we made it to yet another mile stone. Aiden turned two. We had a small party with family and a few friends. It was great! Aiden seemed to have a good time. He's not so interested in opening gifts, so that was a challenge. His daddy opened most of them and there were quite a few. Thank you to every one that came and shared with us on this special day. I attempted, and may i say poorly, to make his birthday cake. I made them to look like "Lego's". I think it was a big hit. I didn't do a "theme" this year. I figured...he's a boy, he doesn't care.
He is getting big and too big for his britches at the same time. His favorite word is "NO" and every day is opposite day. We're on the verge of being potty trained so that will most likely be our next mile stone. I'll keep you posted.
