This week I decided it was Spring, so I was going to make “Spring” suppers. So I pulled out all my Spring/Summer magazines and got to looking. Here’s what I came up with. I have attached a few of the recipes.
Monday: Spaghetti w/meat sauce and bread
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday! (that’s a weekly staple) Tonight is Steak (we alternate the meat selection)
Wednesday: Grilled Bruschetta Chicken w/grilled vegetables
Thursday: Leftovers (steak sandwiches w/Un-Fried French Fries)
