My Little Princess' Room

So I have lots of "projects" I want to do. Most come from Pinterest, I can't lie.
We live in a small home and are in DESPERATE need of storage space and organization. So I'm going through my "boards" and I'm going to try to put some of these in place. Money and husband willing. I'm going to start in my little girls box room. Her room consists of a twin bed, dresser and a lingerie chest (tall/thin). That's it. Her closet is about 2 feet wide and has the a/c return in it, so it has zero floor space. I have to do something. You can't even "clean" her room, because there is no place to put her stuff. :(
So she's first.

Here are a few pics of her room...

this chest is now empty, so i'm thinking it's going to come out.
here's her "closet". as you can see it's lacking in space. bless her heart.

I've seen lots of bunk/loft beds with play areas underneath. This would be perfect for her. Although, she's only 3, so I'm not so sure about the bunk bed part, since it would be the top bunk and she still, on occasion, gets up during the night. But here are a few ideas...

I found several, but this one is my favorite so far...
I found it online @ Wal-Mart. It comes it several diff colors. I like that it's open on both ends. It will help make the room feel larger. It's $250 (the desk is sold separately).
this one is $240, but it's shorter. it would work ok now, but she wouldn't get as much use out of it.

this one is tall and open on both ends and it's only $205. But it's metal.

This is so cute! Abby will love this!

i'd like to hang some of these up for their books!

I realize it'll be Spring before I can put this plan into place. Being a self employed family, Winter is always a little tight. In the mean time, I'll be trying to figure out other areas where I can make some other changes!!!
